we had our baby with us, so I liked that you could seperate the bed from the lounge area.
wait staff were a bit casual
Plenty of parking. Easy to get into and away from the room. The rear courtyard and doors leading out to it.
Room way adjacent to the laundry and the washing machine neaded a greese and oil. Very loud.
The location was convenient for our purpose, but the food was exceptional. We ordered room service the first night and the meals were delivered quickly and still hot. The quality of our meals was impressive, so much so we ordered room service on the next night. We were not disappointed. We ordered different meals to compare and were happy we did. Next time we are in Adelaide we will bring our family for a treat. Staff we always helpful and friendly.
The friendliness of the staff, it's location, it's appearance and the good food and service.
It would be great to have a make- up/ shaving mirror.
Efficiency of staff, cleanliness and the comfort.
Two of the four spa jets were not working in our room which was disappointing. I left a note for housekeeping/maintenance so they can fix it.
Poor quality facilities in room e.g no bedside lamps. We booked an executive suite but were given a cheaper room. We were not told this and only found out when I asked on checkout what type of room we had been staying in. We did get a refund of $20. Inadequate parking.
Nice dark room for sleeping. Very central for our visit.
Parking was slightly cramped with our 4WD - but otherwise plentiful.
Helpful and friendly staff. Free parking and convenient for travel around Adelaide.
Rooms and decor are dated and would benefit from upgrading
The experience of checking in with a knowledgable and genuinely polite, helpful gentleman on the reception desk. Proximity to the city, good restaurants and coffee houses and also the proximity to good suburban shopping centres.
Unfortunately the queen size mattress, whilst looking very comfortable and inviting, was getting on in years and was uncomfortable. There were a few dark hairs to be found in the room and the bathroom (I am a blonde), but I was not overly concerned about that. The general cleanliness was good. However, the communal laundry, which contains one washing machine and a dryer, needs a thorough clean daily - there is a lot of lint and general dirt to be found in there. Be prepared for a very small swimming pool.
Pleasant staff. Tidy and reasonably clean. Easy parking. Room was large.
Front desk not able to handle more than one guest at a time. Room smelt odd. Shower glass had mould around the base. Available pillows weren't particularly comfortable. Appeared to be more like a large motel than a hotel. Could use a bit of a face lift for the room, starting to look tired.
The location to the hospital where I was having my operation. The late checkout of 11am.
Location, handy to city with good off street parking, good facilities and friendliness of staff. Good menu choices.
Meal was reasonably expensive for quality, however it was adequate.
The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too hard. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional.
Our room was lovely with the decor but the wall had a large crack and falling plaster. Whilst it had been attempted to fix, it was really noticeable and not a room I would have used if I was in charge of the hotel. Some areas of the hotel also looked a little tired. Our window on the outside was really dirty, not that we had the blinds up.
Clean rooms,comfortable beds
Some rooms could get a bit of an upgrade, looking a bit tired, but if that means the prices go up,then forget that suggestion!!
Centrally located to all the facilities and venues i needed to visit
I think the bathrooms in the 1 bed room need to be up graded they are very dated and need freshening up . also a larger t.v wall mounted would be great, and a new fridge. Otherwise very pleasant thanks.
